Prerequisites

Centrix can be used simply upgrade SA380TX data loggers with ease, provided the following prerequisites are met

• The SA380TX is of mod-state 3, or later (See Determine the Mod State of an SA380TX)
• The logger is running firmware version 1144 or later (See Determine the Firmware Version of an SA380TX)
• The logger has an RDAQ connection to Centrix (This should be true by default)
• The Centrix user account has "Firmware Firmware Admin" permission.

Select Datalogger

From the Centrix / Loggers page, select the logger you wish to upgrade.

Ensure that you select the row labelled as having a RDAQ connection

Click on the logger name (not the site name) to open the logger-specific diagnostics page

Select Firmware

Navigate to the firmware tab on the logger diagnostics page.

Select the latest Centrix Approved Firmware package

Press OK. Firmware upgrade will commence.

Once complete, the SA380TX will restart, and the new firmware version will be displayed.
