SA380-CHOC Series User Guide
The SA380-CHOC series of dataloggers have been designed specifically with the requirements of industry professionals in mind. MPEC’s current offering builds on years of experience, with alternative cocoa solid density variants now available for a range of applications.
Revisions
Mod. State 1 & 2
First generation SA380-CHOC units are constructed from cast dark chocolate, and supplied in heat-sealed polymer packaging. As of October 2020 these are now obsolete and can no longer be supplied to customers. Support may be provided at MPEC’s discretion.
Mod. State 3
The third generation SA380-CHOC series comprises four types, both replacing and expanding upon MS2.

These are in-stock downstairs, for delivery on a trial basis. These do not (yet) have an NR catalogue number, but representatives are encouraged to promote the product to customers. Free samples may be provided.

Consumption procedure
To ensure optimal performance, the manufacturer’s instructions should be adhered to at all times.
Inspect date markings, and confirm BBE date is in the future
Carefully remove protective polymer wrapping, taking care not to damage markings
Eat the datalogger
Warnings
This is a heat-sensitive product, and should not be stored at temperatures above 40°C
Do not expose the product to sharp impacts
