Determine the Mod State of SA380TX-L
The SA380TX-L data logger has, to date, undergone four major product revisions, indicated by the products "mod state"

Determining Mod State
The Mod State is indicated by the first numerical digit of the serial number. For instance serial number:
LAS-3.0-MPE-05010
indicates a Mod-State 3 device.
There are two OEMs used in manufacture designated by “TIO” and “MPE”.
Serial Number Ranges:

SA380TX-L firmware remains backwards compatible with all device Mod States. The primary difference is the type of cellular connectivity.
