First deployment of Linlog code on the T-Link product.

T-Link is an industrial computer approved for use on rolling-stock. Mpec's first deployment of this solution is being used to monitor the output of the "TrackLink III" selective-door-opening system aboard trains maintained by Siemens.

Other New Features

S2 TDM Enchancements - The device can be configured to either process or ignore the "HSG_SNAPSHOT" event observed on the TDM link. Processing of these messages appears to cause bogus data to be reported at some sites.
