SSI Technicians Terminal devices may be monitored by intercepting the RS232 monitoring link as shown below:
Connection of the S-LX system is via a monitoring port. The SSI system may remain in service during installation.
The customer must supply a list of SSI channel names to MPEC prior to shipment in order to pre-configure the device.
The MPEC technical team will liaise with the customer to obtain this information.
Appropriate RS232 cables shall be provided.
