Introduction

The SA380TX-L datalogger can monitor up to eight EBITrack units at a time.

Enter the logger's IP address into your browser:

 

The web configuration tool needs javascript enabled in your browser.

Successful connection will show the loading screen first:

Once loaded it shows the current configuration of the logger:

To make the SA380TX-L to request data from the EBITrack unit, you need to know the EBITrack unit's KEY serial number.

Type the serial numbers into EBITrack Unit Settings frame:

Leave any unused EBITrack entries with Key Number = 0.

Specify whether the collected EBITrack data needs to be sent to the server. Tick "Send to Server" if so.

Once finished, press Set button to send the new configuration to the logger.

Once the configuration is set, you will want to make sure that the EBITrack units are talking to the logger. To check that quickly, go to the Real-time tab and EBITrack:

 then  also press 

After a short while you will see the connected EBITrack units and the retrieved data:

dPanel

Select the appropriate connection type. If you connected the SA380TX-L logger to the computer with a USB cable, select USB: 

 and Press Connect 

dPanel shows the Real-time tab on startup, so at this point to will see the real-time on the logger.

Select the Configuration tab: 

First time dPanel will ask you whether you want to download the configuration from the logger. Select Yes: 

We will focus on the EBITrack configuration frame:

To make the SA380TX-L to request data from the EBITrack unit, you need to know the EBITrack unit's KEY serial number.

Double-click on the Key number entries to change them. Leave the unused EBITrack units with Key Number = 0!

Also set whether the retrieved EBITrack samples need to be sent to the II server or not. (Tick or untick the box in Send to Server column)

Once finished with the EBITrack configuration, press "Set" button to send the new configuration to the logger:

Once the configuration is set, you will want to make sure that the EBITrack units are talking to the logger. To check that quickly, go to the Real-time tab and EBITrack:

You will see the EBITrack units connected and the data have been sent to the logger:
