1) Visit the Mpec Firmware Downloads Page and download the firmware package with the following properties:
- For SA380TX MS1/2
- Firmware that is "Centrix Approved".
- Pre-formatted to work with USB drives

A5: Upgrading a Mod State 3 or later SA380TX with a USB drive, first using the "Stepping Stone" .ZIP firmware package for USB drives ,then using "Centrix Approved" .UPG firmware package
As of firmware release 1144, The SA380TX now supports the universal Mpec UPG firmware file format. In order to be able to use this new file format, you will have to first upgrade your firmware via a "stepping stone" version. After which, a further upgrade is required using the new UPG file.
1) Visit the Mpec Firmware Downloads Page and download the firmware package with the following properties:
- For SA380TX MS3+
- Firmware that is labelled "Stepping Stone".
- Pre-formatted to work with USB drives

2) Follow the instructions for SA380TX - Firmware Upgrade from .ZIP files using a USB Drive using the firmware package just downloaded.
3) Visit the Mpec Firmware Downloads Page and download the firmware package with the following properties:
- For SA380TX MS3+
- Firmware that is labelled "Centrix Approved".
- Download the UPG File
4) Follow the instructions for SA380TX - Firmware Upgrade from .UPG files using a USB Drive using the firmware package just downloaded.
A6: Upgrading a Mod State 3 or later SA380TX by first using dUpgrade remotely to apply the "Stepping Stone" .ZIP firmware package for dUpgrade ,then using Centrix to apply the "Centrix Approved" .UPG firmware package.
