Mpec are proud to announce the release of firmware version 695 for the SA380-IT.
Version 695 includes the following improvements:
Data collection rules tailored for Centrix
Behaviour is based on a single configurable resistance threshold (default 300KΩ):
When resistance is are above this, the lowest reading every 30 minutes is reported.
When resistances are below this, simple percentage based acquire on change is used.
This provides both a low data volume picture of long term trends and detailed data during earth fault events.
Resistance values reported in kΩ to 3 significant figures.
For advanced users, the acquire-on-change percentage, reporting period, and resistance threshold can be configured in the user interface.
Alternative time sync
Devices can use Centrix to sync their time. This can be achieved by leaving the NTP Server setting blank in the configuration.
Addition DC Offset information
Added a syslog entry triggered by large DC offsets. This can help diagnose cases where multiple BMDs have been connected to a single circuit.
Bug fixes and User Interface Tweaks
Fixed remote loading of the device’s web resources, which will dramatically improve performance of the web browser interface over GPRS connections
"Reset safety interlocks" can now be used from the “Live Measurements” page
Voltage measurements now update correctly in the “Live Measurements” page
Over voltage and earth loop readings that triggered a safety interlock are now always logged
