Setting up the slave logger:
- Verify SA380 touch interface:
This logger is set to be a master. First of all it has to be a slave:
press Press Menu:
press Configuration and enter the hardware configuration passcode: 
toggle button saying "I'm a Master" to "I'm a Slave": 
press "OK" to restart the logger:
. Next time the logger starts up it should look like: 
- Set a master unit to send data to:
Press Menu: 
Press Configuration: 
Enter normal configuration passcode=12345: 
Press "RailDAQ slave" button: 
Press "Local master" button: 
enter master logger's IP address or hostname: 
it will display the RailDAQ slave dialog again: 
Press Done to save and restart. If the Local master is a hostname rather than an IP address, don't forget to set DNS address to be able to resolve hostname to IP address.
