The customer must specify the RS232 wiring arrangement desired to ensure that the correct RS232 cable is provided

The customer must supply a list of TDM channel names to MPEC prior to shipment in order to pre-configure the device.

The MPEC technical team will liaise with the customer to obtain this information.
