Westronic S2 TDM systems may be monitored by intercepting the RS232 monitoring link as shown below:using one of the two methods shown below depending upon the style of installation:

Connection of the S-LX system is via a live data link. The S2 TDM will be briefly inoperable whilst RS232 connections are being made. Incorrect termination of wiring may prevent system operation. If in doubt, contact MPEC for technical support. |
Appropriate RS232 cables shall be provided.
