AzLM Axle Counter systems may be monitored by direct Ethernet connection as shown below:
1 x S-LX may monitor 2 x Axle Counter Evaluators. (ACE)
Additional ACE may be monitored through the provision of an Ethernet hub, allowed a single antenna to be used.
Connection of the S-LX system is via a monitoring port. The AzLM system may remain in service during installation.
Security is assured by only connecting to 1 of duplicated CPU devices found in each ACE. (2oo2 safety system)
Appropriate cables shall be provided.
No additional configuration files are required prior to installation.
