Features

• This version sees the formal release of the changes previewed in #149, specifically the addition of previously unavailable Reed Track Circuit frequencies.

Bugfixes

• Fixed an issue where multiple VTi21s on a slave network could interfere with each others messages during the slave discovery sequence.
  • This lead to poor reliability of the "auto detect" feature on the TX logger, however existing master slave configurations were unaffected.
