This release of the SA380TX firmware and bundled slave firmwares supersedes preview release 1193.

Latest VTi21 slave firmwares, now featuring additional frequencies for Reed Track Circuits and improved slave autodetect reliability.
Bugfixes
Vastly improved the reliability of the "autodetect slaves" feature, particularly on networks with multiple VTi21 slaves.

Fixed an issue where special characters (e.g. in channel names) could lead to malformed MIMOSA XML messages.
Fixed an issue in the SA380TX web config tool where changes to digital and analogue channels would not persist if certain sections of the XML configuration were missing.
Fixed an issue where alarm digital channels for the Bender BMS would occasionally "false fire" on startup.
