Scheduled Reports

Scheduled Reports is a separately licensed feature, for more information contact a Centrix representative or the Service Desk.

Reports in Centrix can now be run on a schedule. Report Schedules will run on the selected schedule, generate report date parameters according to the schedule’s Reporting Period configuration and email results to multiple recipients.
Reports created by a schedule appear in the Reports list the same as a manually run Report.
The new Report Schedules list can be accessed from the existing Reports page, using the Report Schedules tab at the top of the reports list, and shows all of you saved Report Schedules.

Report Parameters

These are the same as when creating a single Report but without any date parameters as they are configured as part of the schedule.

Schedule Configuration

Enter a title for the Report Schedule, how often it runs and when, and select the period that the report will run over.
The schedule preview list at the bottom shows the next 5 schedules based the options you have selected, use this as a guide to ensure that the schedule matches your needs.

The Reporting Period selection appears differently depending for different types of report.

For example:

  • The Loggers Out of Contact report doesn’t have any date parameters, it runs against the current state of the Loggers at the report run time, so the Reporting Period is not required.

  • The SSI Report only has a start date parameter and runs over a fixed 1 day period, the Reporting Period reflects this by setting a 1 day period which cannot be edited but the report period end is still editable.

Recipients Configuration

When a Report Schedule runs and a report is created you have the option of receiving the report file as an email.
Here you can select which of the reports file formats you want attached to the email and who to send it to.

Consistent Styling

We are continuing to update our reports to have a consistent style, the following reports have been updated:

  • Aspect on Approach

  • AZLM Message Count

  • Points Performance

  • Raw Digital

  • Raw Digital Single Hour

  • REB Temperature

  • Sequence Timing

The new report styling includes a header with the Centrix logo, report name, report parameters and a legend if the report requires one.
