Scheduled Reports
Scheduled Reports is a separately licensed feature, for more information contact a Centrix representative or the Service Desk.
Reports in Centrix can now be run on a schedule. Report Schedules will run on the selected schedule, generate report date parameters according to the schedule’s Reporting Period configuration and email results to multiple recipients.
Reports created by a schedule appear in the Reports list the same as a manually run Report.
The new Report Schedules list can be accessed from the existing Reports page, using the Report Schedules tab at the top of the reports list, and shows all of you saved Report Schedules.
To create a Report Schedule, click the create button, select a report type and fill out each page of the modal window:
Report Parameters These are the same as when creating a single Report but without any date parameters as they are configured as part of the schedule. | |
| Schedule Configuration Enter a title for the Report Schedule, how often it runs and when, and select the period that the report will run over.
The Reporting Period selection appears differently depending for different types of report. For example:
|
| Recipients Configuration When a Report Schedule runs and a report is created you have the option of receiving the report file as an email. |

Points Alarm Thresholds
Points alarm threshold naming is now consistent across all Asset and Alarm pages:
SSI Heatmap
The SSI Heatmap CONN status now shows unknown for any future values rather than last known state:
Minor amendments and fixed issues
The Asset Playback page channel states table now clearly displays digital channel transitions and states differently.
The Asset Alarm report has been updated to show which thresholds each Points Motor or Points Pressure currently has set.
Report “copy parameters” improvements for older reports.
Fixed an issue that was preventing HVI Track Circuits from showing occupied state in the playback map.
Text Channel State alarm's "trigger type" parameter could not be edited after the alarm had been created.
Reports list will no longer auto-refresh when the create report modal window is open.
