Fixed issues and minor amendments

Minor amendments

• Threshold values on the points alarm raise details page are now rounded to 2 decimal places.
• Threshold values on the points alarm raise details page are no longer shown as buttons.

Bug fixes

• Fixed: CSV and Excel downloads failed to download on raw digital events report.
• Fixed: Select all channels option was missing from raw digital events report.
• Fixed: Couldn't run the raw digital events report for a single day.
• Fixed: Time zone selector on site configuration didn't save correctly.
• Fixed: Thresholds were missing from points alarm raise details page.
• Fixed: Maximise buttons stopped working on the alarm raise details page.
• Fixed: Broken links to hour file/csv file upload from the site view/edit page.
• Fixed: Styling issues on health dashboard.
