Firmware Upgrade via Centrix (Automatically)

Configuration File Format Change
- The SA380 will now report the time-drift of the on-board clock to Centrix.
- A future release of Centrix will allow monitoring of clock drift to aid data analysis
- The next SA380 firmware release is to support time-broadcast messages from Centrix, allowing all devices that share the Centrix platform exhibit tightly synchronised clocks.
Bug Fixes
- An issue that resulted in a failure to set the cellular APN of certain mobile operators has been resolved .
