It must be for the correct SA380TX vairant (Mod State 1/2 or Modstate 3+)
In the case of .ZIP files, it must be packaged correctly for use with dUpgrade
In the case of .UPG files. You must have an SA380TX MS3+, running firmware version 1144 or later.
