Modbus Master:
We have added the capability for the S-LX to read data from commercially available devices which offer modbus support over either Ethernet or RS485. The device can be configured from Centrix, or locally.
SEXY GRAPH?
The following data is monitoring current draw of a DC railway traction system. The data is reading read by an S-LX connected to a Modbus device.
Other Enhancements:
- "Aquire on change" threshold for analogue channels can now be set via config.
- If SD card fails, device can restart successfully. Note: there's no warning to syslog etc.
- (S-LX Exclusive) Devices can be daisy-chained together over Ethernet. Valid for units shipped post 1st August 2019
